“I will say I was surprised by how modern the apartment was. It’s very modern, has all the amenities that I was used to. The living room was well decorated and the kitchen had everything I needed. This apartment has two bedrooms- 1 bedroom had a queen size bed and other two full size bedrooms. The bathroom size was adequate. The host provided bathroom essentials and the hot water. That was nice. The host was very welcoming and stay late to wait for me as my flight from Miami was late. She……

“Die Casa liegt im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Wenn man reinkommt steht man direkt in Barbara's Wohnzimmer. Lasst euch davon nicht abschrecken, denn nach ein paar Schritten, steht man schon in einem separaten Flur und dann in einem wunderbar großen, picobello sauberen Zimmer, dem es an nichts fehlt und die Matratzen sind absolut super. “To be perfectly clear I am unable to rate this property other than the communication which is ABSOLUTELY horrible. Explanation: We were in Havana and leaving one casa to stay at the Casa Hanan Vieja. We made MULTIPLE attempts to contact the owner/property manager to get directions on the check in, both through Expedia and Whatsapp. We received no response. “No Wi-Fi, contrary to the advertisement in hotels.com. There is a Wi-Fi connection, but you need an internet card to gain access. And even the Wi-Fi connection, you have to ask for it. It was not pro offered. The pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable. The second bad, the equivalent of a cot, had a sagging mattress. It provided a terrible sleep. The breakfast is $5 American per person and includes coffee, eggs, with or without ham and cheese, and toast. The back patio area allows for……
