“We recently stayed at Sage Cottage for a night while traveling home, and it was a wonderful experience. This is probably the most beautiful place on earth. The setting is incredibly quiet and peaceful, and it was designed as a wedding venue, which adds to its charm. We stayed on a Wednesday night and had the entire house to ourselves. The house was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the necessary supplies. Corinne, our host, was fantastic – friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed……

“What an amazing B&B experience. The owners genuinely care about your experience. The house is perched up beautifully in the Blue Ridge Mtns. Well appointed and clean. The property has lots of little fire pits, Adirondacks, and other cool places to hang out. Great stay!”

“We found the location convenient as it's on the main road through Mentone. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, as was the hot tub. The owner was also responsive and helpful. And having breakfast right down the hall every morning was a nice plus! Worth noting that, while the place is dog friendly, the yard is not fenced in and, again, is right on the main road. There also isn't a ton of space for two people and a dog to move around. And just a reminder that there is no kitchen; there is a……

“Once again we had great time! Love the cabin and the river sound. Sitting on the porch in a rocker or on the swing Is so soothing and peaceful. Getting in the hot tub and seeing the river and the trees and then the night sky is heaven made. The kitchen had every dish, pots and pans we needed. Cabin is so clean Angela does a great job. The communication with the owner Julie is quick to respond if needed. We love it and can’t wait to return.”
