While, we didn't use the sofa bed, we did bring our own airbed for the living room and still had plenty of space to move around and hang out. The kitchen was spacious enough to cook meals for everyone and there was enough seating in the dining rm/kitchen area for everyone. Having enough space to park 3 cars was also...
