“The property was very clean and spacious. The pool was great and the hot tub was nice. My kids really enjoyed the games room in the garage. The area is close to lots of shops and restaurants as well as easy access to I-4. There are only two tv’s in the house, in the master and the second living room which was just outside the master so it wasn’t the best for watching both tvs at the same time, but we didn’t watch too much tv during our stay so it wasn’t too much of a issue for us. “The house accommodated is well. The grandkids enjoyed their own rooms. The master bedroom was spacious. Unfortunately, the mattress wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials. It appears that the utensil drawer was previously broken and they attempted to glue it back. To my misfortune, when I opened it for a spatula, the face of it with the handle fell on my right foot causing a bruise with swelling. There was too much going on to report it at that time. “The house is everything it said it was online. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay and there were 9 of us! They even had a pack n play and high chair for the babies. Enough towels even with the pool. Highly recommend this home. We will for sure stay here again.”

“The property was modern and nice with a lot of entertainment options in-home (pool, game room, etc). We had an amazing time and felt comfortable. One small complaint is that we didn't know quiet time in the neighborhood began at 11PM. One of the bedrooms is street-side and neighbors played their music loudly and hooped until the curfew every night. It was a little tough with our plans to gate-drop early at parks. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed.”

“The home was as in the photos, modern and clean. The pool and view from the lanai were impressive. The only negative was the TV in any of the rooms. We had the WIFI password but it would not invoke the apps. We called and Danton the property manager who helped solve the issue by rebooting the router. He was very helpful and very pleasant to speak with even though it was the end of his day. Btw we found that US27 was extremely busy and extremely slow at different times during the day. Thank you……

If you have kids the extra preventive security to help keep them from getting into the pool unnoticed is top notch. Us adults took a minute to figure it out...lol.”
