"This hotel had amazing customer service that it was unbelievably. Every employee had a smile on their face and was ready to help with any problem. I have never seen a staff go above and beyond like they did. Every employee that I engaged with was friendly. Hats off to the hiring manager for picking great people! The hotel rooms were amazing as well. the hotel was so clean and nice. I left with a smile on my face. The only negatives about this hotel was the pool was cold but that wasnt a big deal...

"It was great because it was right on the beach, but we didn't have a view of the gulf. It was strange with all communication coming via text -- no check-in at a desk. It was nice to get messages daily from what I called "the team" and I was able to ask any querstions. I just miss some face-to-face time. "

"The air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. It actually froze up. It was somewhere around 2:00 am. I was too exhausted to call the front desk to request a new room because my father was in the hospital, and I had just gotten a room for one night to try to get some rest. Unfortunately, due to this issue that didn’t happen. The stay was otherwise good. "
