"Everything about the Artiem was great, firstly the service was exceptional nothing was too much trouble, the style & ambience is relaxing & very well maintained. The facilities including the gym & spa were of a very high level. Unfortunately it was a little cold to use the outside pool but it looked very tempting. Breakfasts are excellent & other meals are flexible either a sharing plate or an ala carte meal. We liked the Artiem so much we extended our stay & would definitely recommend."

Enjoyed the special touches of a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival from the selection of wines from the hotels vineyard and the special sweet treats left in our room like cookies, chocolates and macaroons. "Great place. Historic building dating back several hundred years, very tastefully now a Parador. Everything was immaculate, staff were great. Excellent wine @4 euro per glass. Breakfast was amazing. Cava, fruit, breads meats, cheeses, cakes, pastries, cooked options etc etc. Dinner was equally good. Definitely one to come back to."

"A pleasant stay in a lovely old casona. My only remark would be that, whilst it did not concern us too much that our room on the top floor had only rooflights, nevertheless I believe that this should have been made clear at the time of booking. I f you are thinking of quick trips by car down to the village for sustenance forget it, but there are alternatives.. "
