“The resort was beautiful, and the staff was very warm and welcoming!! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and conversation, which continued throughout our stay. Many remembered our names and would refer to us by name when we passed them on the grounds. Always asking how everything was going for us, and if there was anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable. This personal touch really made us feel well cared for and not just another couple on the resort.……

“The resort food is great no appointment mostly dinner time walk in. All employees are friendly. The only 2 negative things. 1. The plumbing & water sometime smelly stinks. 2. Taxi are over price to the airport $120 usually normal price $25-$30”

“We loved this resort. Great property, food and drinks are great, plus this was the most fun we’ve had a resort. We did not plan to leave the resort during our stay, however note that there are no external dining or bar options close by ”

“I stayed 2 nights at Nizuc and then 2 nights at The Grand. Both were great, but Nizuc is quieter and more suitable for relaxing. On the other hand, The Grand has better recreational facilities, making it more appealing for families with young children. Anyway, Nizuc is one of the best resorts.”

“This was my second time coming here with my family, we really enjoyed the property and the service. The only complain I have is when making reservations. They say you have to make them the day of but when I asked if i could make it for the following day they said NO!! But on the day before my last day they said they could do that !! I would’ve greatly appreciated if they said that the day I checked in ! I was furious ”

“We love the property ... coffee place is great ! Breakfast is the best meal in the hotel . We found there is nothing healthy to eat for lunch only fries chicken fingers and burgers....Dinner restaurants where not 5 star hotel . We fiumd we had hard time finding something we like also we would get sick almost after every dinner. ”

“I liked the food and bar staff. One thing I don’t like is the room bathroom did not have vent and spray so it was very stinky and hot. Our room cleaning isn’t done everyday even though we put the sign out and when we were back in the room late afternoon room still isn’t clean. The room service food is limited and not good. ”
