“The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each……

“We went here for our honeymoon- and LOVED it!! Incredible breakfast, beautiful view right from the dining area, sunsets unlike any I’ve ever seen, right from our jacuzzi. Private jacuzzi on each balcony… amazing. Also plenty of options for local tours/etc and they arrange for transportation and guides and everything. Manuel Antonio national park- amazing wildlife, worth getting a guide who can point out all the biodiversity with binoculars!! And the beach there is incredible- clear water,……

“Sehr schön gelegenes „Dschungel-Resort“ bei Uvita. Die Deluxe Villa war hochwertig und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Essen war extraklasse mit gutem Service. Für die Fahrt zum Resort empfiehlt sich ein 4x4. Einziger Nachteil waren ein paar Stromausfälle, einer davon ging etwas länger ohne Generator. Ansonsten war es ein klasse Aufenthalt! ”

“The staff was very kind and accommodating the room was very nice and very big the shower was amazing we loved our balcony Overlooking the pool and seeing the scarlet macaws in the trees every morning 1 day there was a sloth on the property and the resonant cat was very sweet highly recommend this hotel very close and convenient to everything but a little bit off the beaten path”

“This hostel is near everything you need. ATM is two steps out the door (costs $2 to use), the swimming pool is really nice, sunloungers to use are in good condition and well placed, short walk to shops and restaurants and there's a restaurant that is attached to the hostel that does great breakfast for a good price. I would recommend paying extra for a room with air-conditioning because around day 3, I couldn't take much more of our stuffy room. ”

“Jorge and Pamela were the best of hosts as they prepared fruit plates for breakfast and coffee every morning by 6AM. I felt very welcomed and the overall experience was a 5-star accommodation”

“1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying……

“Super Hotel”

“Das Hotel hat eine sehr ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Dort waren wir fast allein. Der Strand ist ein paar Kilometer lang, gut für lange Spaziergänge am Wasser. Das Hotelpersonal war superfreundlich. Im Restaurant konnte man sehr gut essen. Der einzige Wermutstropfen ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind.”

“Had a three night stay here, it’s very close to the national park and beach in a very safe area with a lot of food options. Room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well. Scott was a great host and readily available to answer any questions. As a woman, solo traveller, would def recommend. ”
