"All staff from front desk to concierge to cleaning crew are very friendly and helpful. It is a very convenient location, many restaurants are within walking distance. All major sights of interest are easily accessible by subway. The Wangfujing Shopping area is within 5 minutes’ walk. We stayed 4 nights and still have many places near and far that we’d like to explore next time we stay in this hotel. "

"Really great location, stayed for 6 nights. Had club access and the food and drinks were really really good. Room was a bit old but really clean and had a very comfortable bed. Train station is line 8 which made it so easy to get around the city. Plenty of great shops and places to eat. The staff were really good and very friendly . However, there was quite a long queue for check-in every afternoon. Room was confortable and clean, but like the rest of the hotel, it is kind of outdated. "This is a hippie hostel however it was kind of old and they allow customers to smoke inside which may go inside your room. "

"We had to cancel the last nine days of our trip or risk getting stuck in China due to Coronavirus concerns. Completely unseen and out of our control. Still, the hotel refused to refund any of of our stay, even though they told our Chinese daughter-in-law that they would refund as long as it was initiated by Orbitz. Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."

"We found the comfort of our room at Anantara to be 5-star quality indeed. The overall size, furniture, large bath tub and patio space was exactly what we needed for our two small children.
