“This hotel, as well as all Cuban hotels, are owned by the Cuban government. They refused to honor my confirmed reservation and would not check us in. No reason was given and they refused to discuss why. We were not the only reservations refused that day. Apparently the atrophic Cuban government likes to flex its flabby muscles randomly to show they are in charge. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK! You may find your vacation plans cancelled when you arrive for no good reason and stranded on this sick……

“I'm one to stay in basic hostels in shady corners of the world and this is the worst hotel rooms I've stayed in. It's dilapidated, smells of damp and musk and on arrival there were many live and dead mosquitoes over the room and bathroom. The shower only worked on a high speed massage function...Good things about the room are that it has a balcony, fridge and it's a good size. Also it was cleaned everyday that I was there. Note that your balcony might not be facing the beach or pool and that if……

“Sono stato 3 notti . Il servizio la pulizia e il mangoare sono pessimi sotto ogni punto di vista.la struttura vecchia e mal tenuta . Unica cosa positiva il mare spettacolare ma già la spiaggai gestita dall'hotel è tutta rovinata . Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Sopratutto ad aina coppia . ”

“Hay que pagar el WIFI y el servicio alimentar no està al altura de lo que he pagado. Tuve que dejar el alojamiento 2 dias antes por un ciclon y el hotel no ofreciò ningun medio de transporte de emergencia para los huespedes en dificultad debido a la notificaciòn improvisa de la emergencia. Todavia estoy en la espera de la devoluciòn del dinero por las dos noches canceladas por parte de la propiedad.”
