"The resort is very close to the airport, and most of the activities are close by, it is a very beautiful resort, with lots of entertainment every day for adults and kids. The buffet was very rich every day with lots of varieties to choose from. The hotel had their our suvenir shop and also had staff from companies where you can book your favourite excursions. The room was very clean, the staff were exceptionably friendly, nice, helpful and made our stay rememberable! I would definitely recommend...

"The property could use some fixing up. We noticed a possible leak coming from the ceiling near the kitchen in the buffet. Hopefully nothing major. The room was nice and the AC was amazing because of the weather. They restock your mini fridge which is nice. Staff was extremely nice and super helpful at all times. "Occidental Caribe resort was great. The resort had a lot of options at the buffet for everyone. There is a variety of a la carte restauraunts but you have to make a reservation like all resorts. Santos helped us upon arrival. We were having a challenge checking in about 1 hour early but he really went above and beyond to accomodate us. We were very grateful.
