“Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. “I loved the area and everything inside the hotel, the staff were very convenient and took care of me right away. The only problem was the watered drinks and the flies in the food from time to time. I loved the water they provided had no other taste but tasty and refreshing. They didn’t clean my room unless I told them and all of my things were safe even when I left my purse to go for a swim in the pool. Loved everything.”

“The food was great! The rooms perfect size. The entertainment one of the best I have seen! The singers and dancers were true professionals! The hostesses and waiters were very friendly. "En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten atención a las señales de no molestar colocadas por los huéspedes."

"喜欢这家度假村的多样性，无论是吃的，玩的，住的都很好。设计方面也很特别，大堂去到房间的路上也设计得很好，路上有很多餐馆和上商店。不好的在于高峰期的时候等车要等很久，里面太大了，没车走路真的又累又热。不过条件允许的话租个高尔夫小车出行还是很方便的。"
