"Bathroom tub faucet doesn’t work properly causing damage to bathroom door. It’s obvious that this has been happening for a long time cause of the water damage. On a good note…clean and pretty and the guy at the front desk got me a cup a coffee why I watched the 4 cops talk outside after apparently breaking up a couple fight. Pays to wake up early….LOL"

"I was so skeptical about staying at an off brand hotel but i must say i have no complaints. It’s a tad outdated but pleasant nonetheless. Room was clean and bed was soooooooo comfy. Walking distance to almost everything. Would recommend again. "

"Super Accomadacion Pool,Gym,Beautiful Breakfast and Super Staff for May 25,2025 Expedia booked May 26 but I was travelling to Columbia on that and told your website to cancel 26th booking and paid for Hotel myself so I want one Nights credit $202.99 US Dollars credited back to me and one nights credit in La Martina Boutique Hotel in Medellin as a result of flight delays and Stoppvers I had to tent a room in Miami at the Best Western North in Miami at my Expense."
