"We absolutely loved our stay at Mauna Lani! We came to Hawaii to celebrate baby moon and the hotel made sure I was comfortable by providing a pregnancy pillow & gifted a cute gift box for baby and I. "The Staff, the Luau, the location, and view from our balcony were great. It was noisier than I would have liked with kids in the pool and adults late at night. Also the rules about the daily card/towels were unclear. We were never charged but it was inconvenient to not be able to get towels before 8am and not be able to keep them over night."

"The property is quaint, comfortable, beach front and has places to eat onsite. They even have hammocks in shady spots all over. The beach is right there and walking to shops and eateries only five minutes away. Hospitable staff and cozy feel."

"This was our second time staying at the Kona Castle Reef . This oceanfront unit was comfortable, tidy and an excellent layout. Some of the lighting fixtures seemed dated and Could use replacement . Having the bbq’s there as an alternative cooking option was fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again next year and hopefully secure the same unit as we did this time ."
