“Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. ”

“Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)”

“I went by myself and felt very safe. The staff always kept an eye on me and did everything they could to make it a great experience. I absolutely will go back here. Their part of the beach is very beautiful! The only thing I didn’t like is that the native people are allowed to come around on the beach and try to sell you stuff… cups, sunglasses, hats. I didn’t want to be hounded to buy stuff I didn’t want or need. But I can’t say enough good things about the staff! It was a clean resort. Drinks……

“Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . ”

“1.I payed club room with 330USD per day. But live with same room as normal 2. They always made mistake , like not provide me the card, charge me Internet fee. And never say sorry, even they know it's theirw mistake”

“The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. ”

“Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about……

“The hotel is an older property, but they keep nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay, especially sleeping on their king size beds. The bathroom is dated, but it served it's purpose. The maids always kept my room nice and clean and never messed with the air conditioning in my room. They never touched any of my stuff. I loved my stay. Will stay here again and again if possible.”
