"Perfection. The property, the brunch, the pools, the service, the view, the value---all outstanding. Excellent service at all points, never disappointing. Will arrange taxi pickup to/from PVR for you, upon request before arrival. MUST REQUEST, however. What I wish I knew: This property is not on the beach and requires a taxi for everything, as the area around the hotel is not walkable. "Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "

"Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily. I enjoyed practicing my spanish with him. We had drinks at the Hotel Mousai and was served by Victor. Victor was extremely friendly as well and was able to answer many of our questions about...
