"Our 3rd time staying at this resort and it gets better every time! All staff members are extremely helpful and accommodating. Armando and Hugo are two staff members that went above and beyond. Great location! The marina is right across the street which has many restaurants and shops. Plenty of onsite dining options for those that don't like to venture off. "

"It was an amazing stay! The staff is always so welcoming and incredibly nice! However, the hotel needs some much needed remodeling in the rooms. The showers water pressure is really slow and needs new heads. The AC panel needs to be changed. Our mini bar would sporadically be filled but not always. Everything else was absolutely amazing! I would recommend it to friends and family. "

"Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

"Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)"

"Nice quiet hotel in the central part of Puerto Vallarta. Close to restaurants and stores. Dated but clean and very quaint. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Great value for our money"

"The property was truly amazing, and the amenities provided were top-notch. In particular, I was impressed by the quality of the restaurants available on-site. I highly recommend Gaviatos for dinner, as the food and service were exceptional. For breakfast, La Villita is a great choice with delicious options to start your day right. While I also visited Punta Sal during my stay and appreciated the excellent service, I must mention that some dishes were a bit too salty for my liking. Nonetheless,...

"Nice resort with good facilities and decent beach. I would definitely comeback. Only thing are the restaurants that do not accept walk ins even when they are 30% full. It did not make sense to us and we tried many of them."

"Great staff. Hotel was nice especially the private beach. Didn’t get the room we booked but got upgraded ( at a cost). Food was good. Blaze steak house was not very good. Not sure if we would go back. "
