We found the beach blankets and chairs provided to be very helpful as we went out to the beaches each day. The beach nearby was amazing and we walked there each morning. The house was perfect; it was so nice to have the kayaks and other beach things. My son loved the skim board. “The best family vacation we have ever had. We have a large family, so the 2-home set up was perfect. The property managers Anna & Luke were wonderful & TJ our butler and his associates were over the top, they pre-shopped, did errands, house was spotless, laundry done, when the pressure in our shower was light, he called a plumber and was fixed same day. He truly made our trip dreamy. We hired chefs who served amazing local cuisine every night, family style, with a gorgeous spreads like you have……

“This place is perfectly located. 25min drive in either direction to either end of the island. The house is very roomy as we had 6 adults. The kitchen is nice size. Not overlly stocked with utensils but it has the essentials. The dining room table is huge which was good for us to spread out our daily treasures and eat and have great conversations. The pool right next door was basically our personal pool. The Rusty Anchor was probabaly the best place we ate at...twice. We appreciated the security……

“A group of 14 adults gathered here for 5 nights, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager, Judy, and her team added so much to the stay! They had arranged cars for us to get to the airport and had our groceries already stocked at the house! They were able to help with normal island concerns like lost power, down wi-fi, etc, throughout the stay. They even got us a birthday cake one night! The property is wonderful. “Prior to our stay, Eric provided an island guide via email that we found incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Upon arrival, Tony met us at the airport and helped us get to the rental car building. Tony led us to the house and showed us around, making sure we had everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing stay. Aqua Vista was so perfect that we didn't even feel the need to leave the house most days. “This is a cute little cottage with an absolutely gorgeous view & access to shallow water 2-4 feet when tides out! Owner has snorkel equipment, kayaks, floats and other supplies for enjoying the water! It’s a bit of an inconvenience to run to the grocery so bring your own food. Kitchen is fairly stocked w most things needed to prepare food. We loved the dock, especially at night when star gazing was great! The visiting dogs are a fun addition! Host is very attentive.”

“This was our second time at Gate house. It was a shorter trip and we were reluctant to leave. I appreciated the pool and was in it every afternoon. We also love the beach to the South of the house and all the friendly people around to help. It was great seeing Harrison again and of course we really enjoyed seeing Captain Reynold and our fishing trips with him. Cat Island is truly beautiful and we can’t wait to come back!”
