“Everything is fine here. Next time we will be there again ”

“Everything was ok. We paid for parking and left to eat. Couldn’t park . Was told you had to park elsewhere after paying for overnight for $36.”

“I would rate this hotel 5/10 stars. When we got to the room there was a dip spit cup on our air vent which was immediately a turn off. Additionally the sheets were dirty so we took them off the bed and whenever I took a shower the bathroom floor flooded which had to be mopped up before it ran into the room. Other than those incidents the hotel was beautiful, located in a great area and had a beautiful view. There are just some things I think that could be improved on if I were to consider……

“It was ok for a casino hotel. The food at the restaurants was sub par. Don’t be expecting 5 star food from any of the food options. Otherwise it was safe and convenient for the concert we were there for. Just maybe could use some updates to get on level with other hotel casinos.”

“By far, the best service EVER!! All service staff were PHENOMENAL! The restaurant/bar has amazing food and drinks, and once again PHENOMENAL SERVICE! We stayed here for a week on business, and will never stay anywhere else when we travel to St. Louis again! ”

“Everything was nice accept for check-in. Though we'd booked our room hours before, I was told at 10pm that they needed to prep a room for us... So I had to wait...then they couldn't find key cards and I waited longer. It seemed like organization could be improved. ”
