“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street. It is a great place for a family, laid back atmosphere and fairly quiet. The pool was warm……

“Excelente lugar para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Gran espacio para toda la familia con cuartos separados para chicos y grandes. La alberca ofrece un magnífico espacio para nadar y descansar, ya sea por la mañana o por la tarde. Asimismo, uno puede salir a caminar o correr y disfrutar delos espacios naturales.”

“El lugar está muy bien, no le pongo 5 estrellas por la falta de comunicación. Desde que llegamos, las personas en caseta no sabían que habíamos reservado por Expedia, nos dijeron que ya debíamos tener contraseña y número de cuarto cuando nadie se había comunicado con nosotros. Además intentaron hacernos el cobro desde varios días antes, cuando la app nos dejó seleccionar la opción de pagar el total el día que llegáramos. El primer día no nos dieron brazalete porque se les habían terminado, pero……

“Tony was great from our initial contact to answering questions. walking distance to town and the beaches ( Florence is on the rd. to Playa Los Muertos). Good footwear is required because rds are cobblestone and the town is hilly. No need to rent a golfcart if you don't mind walking.”

“Bonjour En général nous avons passé un très beau séjour. L’emplacement de l’appartement répondait à tous nos besoins. Nous avons quelques doléances à vous faire part, 1- Le wifi n’était pas installé 2- La robinetterie était déficiente dans la cuisine ,l’eau chaude n’y était pas disponible. 3- Il a fallu demander pour une cafetière pendant une semaine. 4- Le four micro-ondes était hors d’usage durant tout notre séjour et ce même après nos maintes requêtes infructueuses, 5- Il y aurait……

“Where do I start? Let me start with communication with the owners and the amazing staff that they have. Everyone was very helpful answering questions before and during the trip. Absolute top notch team. The house is perfect but to focus on one thing I will go with the heated swimming pool. Private. Relaxing and what a view. I would also recommend that everyone rent the golf cart. Makes everything simple coming and going as you please. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. We will return.”

“We had 9 family members on a vacation. A wonderful stay thanks to the amazing and very attentive staff. Gilberto, Araceli, Brenda & Enrique went above our expectations. Taking care of every need, and preparing delicious meals The house is a little dated, and needs a little work, but is a nice home with beautiful yard and on a gorgeous beach. The owner was very prompt to respond and communication was good. But the staff is what made this trip most memorable. The Rocca family”

“The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.”

“We enjoyed the beautiful property, whether lounging at the pool or sitting in the dining area. The hard-working staff was very pleasant and it was a joy to walk into our lovely super-clean room at the end of a busy day. Martin, the manager, was helpful, no matter the request. The room was spacious and the little kitchen had everything necessary to prepare a meal. Only 5 minutes walk or less, to the beach and the town! If I had to come up with one suggestion, it would be to add grab bars in the……
