"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times,but I noticed it’s starting to get a little shabby. The common areas are beautiful. The hotel dining is delicious and also very beautiful. However, the rooms are pretty plain and there’s a lot of wear and tear. Hotel spa was very nice and I really enjoyed it. It was one of the highlights of the hotel."

I was visiting NYC with friends from Texas and they were so surprised at the friendly service (having believed all New Yorkers are mean :-)) Every person we encountered, from the front desk to the bellman - each person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were large, very clean, and comfortable. I was not expecting it to be so quiet either. I will absolutely stay at the Sonesta again! "

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest...
