My sister's room was block out 3 to 4 times in the night, and eventually the staff brought in the fan. Rather unpleasant experience. Hopefully the hotel should look into this, maybe the maintenance issue."

"We had a great stay - the staff are amazing and the location is very cool. Great views and great food and a real experience. Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. "Nan House had the most lovely property that felt like a serene oasis. Beautiful pool which was fabulous for relaxing and cooling off at the end of the day. The surroundings were peaceful and we really appreciated the location outside of the busy town. It was easily walkable to town and there was a fantastic restaurant 5 min. away. We had delicious breakfasts with good variety and dinner one evening there was very good also. The staff were fun and friendly. They were so accommodating and helpful....

"The staff there were so nice. The property itself is stunning, nice and quiet but there is access to food nearby. Breakfast had decent options and the goat soup with scorched rice I ordered for room service was incredible.
