"This hotel in a colonial style typical of East Africa was just a gem. We were given a nice room, large enough and with all we could wish for. The staff as all Tanzanians were just the friendliest and most helpful, going out of their way to make our stay a delay. We felt cared for and appreciated. "Toa was the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. Truly 5 stars. From the amazing rooms, to the food options. I had dinner on the beach twice during my stay and it was soo romantic and ethereal definitely something I will always remember. Got an amazing massage as well during my stay, I highly recommend using their spa facilities. The staff was the most amazing part, so genuine and each and everyone went above and beyond they anticipated anything I needed and was there before I could ask. As a person who works in the service industry here in New York I can honestly say that their service is the best. I can’t wait to come back with friends and family "
