“The service was friendly and we got extreme value for what we paid for. The breakfast was also very nice. I would stay here again if I’m swinging by Nashville. ”

“The rooms could, perhaps, do with an upgrade but it was perfectly adequate for our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a kettle in the room and, maybe, a fridge but mainly the kettle. We were perfectly happy there - it served our purposes.”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“The only thing we noticed was there was a bit of a musty smell in room. However it was clean, reasonabke priced and beds were suoer comfy ”

“I confirmed my trip two days before with this site and when I arrived at this hotel it had literally BURNED TO THE GROUND but none of the hotels.com employees knew or believed us. Then they deleted our case number and pretended we never called about the issue. They insisted that they needed to contact the hotel that burned first, as if they would have a working computer or phone. ”

“The hotel was awful. There were problems with the hot water heater and the TV didn't work the entire stay. They said they were going ro comp the room, but then backed off and said we had to contact expedia. ”
