“Everything was outstanding. Location was great. Room was clean. Cleaning staff and front desk staff were very pleasant. The young lady working the bar was outstanding as well. We really enjoyed our stay”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”

“Very hospitable staff and friendly locals. My king room was clean and had a kitchenette. I enjoyed having a very large bathroom. The interior pool and breakfast buffet amenities were nice as well. ”

“The door to the bathroom would not open all the way, nor would it close all the way. It dragged on the floor and would only go halfway. This was difficult to get into the bathroom and also for privacy. This was room 226.”

“I really enjoyed doing everything on line that when I got there all I did was pick up my key!”
