"I made this reservation kind of fast and didn’t realize it had a 6.0 rating. On my way there from my flight I was really scared with everything I was reading about dirty sheets, not getting the keys etc. We called the number on the confirmation email but everything happened smoothly and someone showed up with the room key not long after we arrived at the location. "No good at all! I think its the fault of Hotel.com. They had NO idea of guests arriving, more or less closed because of Covid! No room ready, NO Breakfast!! No hot water! We slept there because I knew it would be hardly impossible to get the money back from Hotel.com !"
