"Staff were excellent all around. Service in the room can be improved with slight changes. Toiletries were for a 1 person whereas we were a couple. Small thing but it can be avoided to get the 5 stars. Room was very nice but slight smell of mould. "

"The staff at the Davis, were very attentive and nice. It was located in an excellent location. There was a morning market, that had incredible food and the people were so friendly. There were always people taken pictures in front of Starbucks, which made me smile that I was staying there. There was also a great Night, right outside of the hotel."

"We stayed here for 3D/2N, towards the end of our Thailand trip. Was upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which is nice as it gives us extra space. The room is like a service apartment with living area and kitchen. I believe we got the corner room as you can view have a good view of the river from the bedroom as well as from the balcony. "I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "
