“We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day.……

“This hotel is perfect for relaxation. We stayed in the jungle pool room. It was beautifully designed, very clean, the bed was SO comfortable, and the air conditioning was always on and easy to control. The grounds were just gorgeous and quickly felt like home! Furthermore, the restaurant... I can't say enough... it was my favorite meal and cocktail experience in Tulum (and we ate everywhere, Nomade, BeTulum, Hartwood, etc.)!
