"My spouse and I stayed here, and we liked it quite a bit. I thought it was a nice quiet area and it’s really close to the water bus system to get around which is nice. There are a lot of beds and places to sleep, much suited for a family or group of friends. The only thing I was not a fan of was that there is NOT a bath tub as listed, but rather two showers in separate bathrooms. They recently renovated, separating the one into two. Great for some, we just didn’t need that."

"Very nice marble floors and clean rooms, just make sure you get floor 2 or above. We were initially placed on floor 1 and our canal view was feet from tourists walking over the bridge at the same height. Staff were kind and nicely moved us higher. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Splendid at Venice. It was probably the only hotel my family enjoyed in Italy! Super convenient to the main areas in Venice. Staff was super friendly and let us check in early. Also called taxis for us. The hotel also has its own water stop, which is great if you are taxing a water taxi to hotel. "
