“The condo was as described and was exactly what we needed for the week!! The overall cleanliness of the condo was just ok, the pool and pool area could use some TLC. There were small mite bugs but only in the kitchen area. The resort and the location of the condo was perfect. The beds were very comfy!! We will definitely be back to this resort! Thanks!!”

“Our overall stay was great. However, we do have suggestions for improvements. There really was the bare minimum in the house. The shower leaked, but there were no shower mats and signs to not use their to wipe the floors. There were no door mats. So in/out from pool area gets messy. There were no oven mitts or barbecue utensils. An ironing board or hairdryer would also be welcomed. The resort itself was fun, our kids really enjoyed the free arcade/basketball courts and pool.”

“We had a great time at this rental house. But the cleaning crew didn’t not have the house as clean as it should have been. There was trash under the tables in the kitchen and living room and hair all over two of the bathrooms. But we brought our cleaning supplies and got it done. Over all it was a great location close to grocery stores and shopping centers. Definitely would book this home again.”

“Wonderful home, has everything you need and is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Check in and out were easy and pool area was lovely. Only downside was the proximity to traffic making the pool area a little less relaxing.”

“Property was beautiful. Plenty of room and plenty of items you would need for the beach, pool, cooking, etc. community has a great pool in addition to the pool at the house. The clubhouse has kids activities every day. 20 minutes from Disney.”

“Accessible and clean ”

“Good sized property but could use a refresh of the property (some fresh paint and general TLC). Otherwise very nice and the management was responsive when the air conditioning stopped working.”

“The property was clean and very spacious. Everything was well kept and worked as it should. I think there was a tv in every room. We enjoyed the property while we were there and glad we made the choice to stay 404 Palm Key.”
