“This is a very special place in my home state of Colorado. It doesn't take much imagination to feel like you are 150 years removed from the present day in this spot which is 2 block walk (uphill but just one way) to center of town. “My sister and I stayed here with my dog and loved the place. Very comfy set-up, plenty of space and stuff to do, near interesting natural attractions and beautiful scenery. “Home is great. Nice and clean. Loved that I could bring my little buddy Oliver (dog). We just hung out. Needed a break from town and work. Picked a bad week to check things out. Road crew was there the whole time. Lots of traffic. So we hung out and cooked good food on my little griddle that fit on the grill. We would stay there again. “We had a change in plans and had to take the kids. If you are staying longer with a family, this might not be ideal for families unless the goal is to break away from technology. “The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was so cozy and inviting. Pantry was well stocked. We enjoyed the no wifi.
