"I LOVED the customer service! I was their for 4 days/3 nights & EVERY single person on your staff during that time, provide 5 star service! From the valet, to the front desk, to the bar staff, to the restaurant staff, all class acts! And, your gym, was PHENOMENAL! Fabulous Stay
"We had a fabulous stay at Downright Austin! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They mentioned it was newly renovated and the vibe was perfect. The only area of improvement would be the bar, but I think they are still renovating that portion of the hotel with the new restaurant and swim club. Thank you for a great stay!"
