"This was our first time staying at the Donatello and we were very impressed and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was ideal with lots of restaurants nearby. We took advantage of the complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate on the top floor and used the games room several times during our stay. We would definitely stay again."

"When we arrived in the afternoon, we were told that the power was out and they had no time estimate for PG&E to repair the problem. It was specific to the hotel. They offered alternative accommodations at nearby affiliated hotels (Marquis & St Francis) at great prices, but we decided to stay at least until we had attended an event wiith friends. When we returned around 9pm, they told us that the power likely would not be back on all night. Backup generators powered the elevators and...
