“My husband and I did a quick getaway. This Best Western was close near shopping. My room had two broken lamps, and the refrigerator was not cold at all. The room could use a overhaul. The tub had a brown circle in it. ”

This would have influenced our decision to rent due to potential noise and privacy with our small children. Additionally, check-in was delayed by 3 hours as the room was not ready on time.
