Hotel is in an excellent location for walking into central Dublin. Only slight niggle was even when requested tea, coffee and milk went replenished.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were comfortable (if a bit warm even with the radiator turned down), and the bathroom/shower were lovely. The area is excellent, close to many many sites, restaurants and pubs. A discount at a nearby parking ramp was a nice plus as well. Overall a very good value in an excellent location in Dublin.

The hotel staff were friendly, especially the girl in the breakfast room. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was the room was often hot with no way of cooling it. Breakfast was delicious

Everything was wonderful, but the rooms on both stays were very warm. No air conditioning. The fan in the room was not sufficient and made sleeping uncomfortable.

Our room did not have any windows or direct access to each side of the bed. I requested to have our room changed and never heard back from the hotel management. I would never stay there again.

Very clean and convenient location. Noisy but not as noisy as hotels directly in Temple Bar. Bring ear plugs. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good first experience at this hotel. However I cannot saying the same for my second. I was put in a room where the pub next door’s outdoor seating area was and the shower didn’t work very well. The location is fabulous!

Only stayed one night, but I had a comfortable room and an enjoyable breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again. It is convenient to Dublin Castle and walkable to Jameson and Guinness storefront.

Nice location
Convenient location, friendly staff. Guests in next room very noisy post-bar hours, could be easily heard through walls/door. Bedding too thick leading to sweating and discomfort at night, could be improved.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, however, on the first day, the elevator was out of service, there was no wifi and the TV did’t work. The manager’s response to a guest who was annoyed with the elevator outage was, oh well, not much we can do about it. Not impressed. I felt bad for anyone who couldn’t do stairs. No compensation was offered.

Great location- the owners were lovely. Some people have complained of noise but if the window was shut I heard nothing and I was facing the bars! Absolutely wonderful!

This is our second time at this hotel. Location is fantastic, staff are lovely. Feels really clean and fresh. Unfortunately this time we were put in a room right beside the lift, which all we could hear all night was the lift going up and down, which meant we didn't sleep well for the 3 nights we were there.
