“We have a business suite for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the nearby castle. The resort itself is traditional, but it is absolutely delightful experience with the amenities it provided. It is not a 6 stars high-end luxury hotel, but you would definitely see its intention to make your stay feel comfortable and easy. Spacious room with no lift access
"The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con available. "
