“Quiet, clean, spacious, comfy beds, disposable silverware, gorgeous view, no neighbors in sight, close to town, extra of everything we needed (towels, sheets, blankets, etc.) We hosted three generations here for a college graduation in town, and had a wonderful time. Everyone slept well! We would come again!”

“The location is good. The room amenity are typical. What dissatisfied me was a $1 surcharge without a clarification. I wish there had been an explanation message. ”

“This hotel had great live music at night, my 10 year old loved playing cards with mom and dad while listening to music. The room could use a deep clean, the carpet was dirty and left your feet black. Great location and staff and other guests were super nice”

“The room is really neat and confortable. If you come here with kids, there is a indoor pool where kids can play around. Breakfast selection is mediocre.”

“Everything was fine EXCEPT the lighting was so dim in the room I couldn't see anything. I would not like to stay in such a room again.”

“The home is nicely furnished. I like that people are able to leave Seasonings and condiments, etc. for the next guests to use. Made meal prep easier. There’s pots and pans and some storage containers for leftovers. We left a bundle of Gatorade’s, Hopefully the next people will enjoy them. It’s on a busy road. Appreciate using the driveway and bringing in luggage through the back door. They allow pets which we would like to bring our dog. Hopefully soon they will have a fenced area. We didn’t use……

“This day was really great. I would recommend them. I will stay there again. Me and my family. We really liked it and we really were treated nice. Everybody was so friendly. If you had an issue they fixed it so quick. ”

“Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Bathtub needs some new calking. The outlets are almost all old and when plugging in my hearing aide charger and phone the plugs were loose and some didn't hold good enough to allow the charger to work. Had to unplug the hairdryer and use the outlet in the bathroom. Overall the property is nice and clean and that is the important thing. Again the manager at front desk was excellent.”

“I booked the whole house for a weekend trip for a family members wedding. Worked out well for all my family that stayed there. Its a unique stay in an interesting part of Dubuque if you enjoy older historical house definitely a place to stay.”

“For being on the cheaper side of the hotels in the field of dreams area, its probably nicer than most of the other hotels. Room was very clean and spacious, beds were comfortable. Will most likely stay here again for next seasons tournament ”
