Check in was a nightmare. The person behind the desk fell asleep ( or passed out) several times. It took 45 minutes to check in. I was given a key and initially sent to a room that was already occupied. So I went back down to the desk. But queen highness behind the desk tried to deny checking me n and told me I wasn’t on the reservation. ( for that room. No I wasn’t. But I had my own reservation.) I was seriously worried I would not actually get a key to a room because no one else was there on duty. After another 10 minutes of explaining I got a key to a room. And it worked. Everything else was fine. Clean and a decent place to stay. It just shouldn’t take 45 minutes to check in!
When I checked out in the morning I explained what happened. The manager listened. Stood up for the employee which is fine. She gave me $25 of Food credit on my room key, but I had just checked out and turned my key in at the desk. Ha! So so hanks for nothing.
I hope that if you choose to stay here. You get better service then i experienced. Good luck 🍀
