We checked in at 2:00 am and there was no cold water in our barhroom or shower. The woman who checked us in said nothing about it. In fact the only thing she said was how many keys, told us what floor we were on and the hours of the coffee shop and restaurant. We woke up the next day desperately needing a shower and still no cold water. Only scalding water and the toilet was very warm and the bowl was hot. I called to front desk. I was told there was an issue with their boiler and it would be fixed in another hour or so. It would have been really nice to know whennwe checked in. Otherwise our stay was great except for check in.
