“Our son and granddaughter live in Dover so we always find a place to stay so we can visit. This was one of our favorites. Right on bear lake beautiful sunsets the water was warm enough to swim. There was kayaks there to use. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes,seasoning. We had a great time. Just be careful driving in the road is pretty rough.”

“The location of Moot Point couldn't be better! Great Neck is a quiet enclave and very special because of the abundance of nature right in the neighborhood! Also a great jumping point to Cape Ann and other surrounding destinations. The cottage was clean and beds comfy. The hostess was very responsive and you can just tell that she cared that your vacation was satisfying and that your needs were met.”

“The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with.”
