"The staffs were really helpful and nice but I had to used shared restroom which needs a deep cleaning. No hanging hook to hang dry cloths. My neighbor room was open through the whole day which made me scared. There was bird poop on the glass window. Water stain on the sofa. "This hotel is Wonderful! Carol (assistant manager, I think) at the front desk is beyond good, she goes the extra mile!! We had late flights out of Anchorage, so she stored ALL of our luggage in the office, so we didn't have to lug it with us. She smiles all the time and is very helpful with every question.
