"Had a great stay on a recent business trip. The staff was incredibly welcoming and genuine. The rooms are quite spacious by NYC standards and the location was great. Walking distance to a lot of great spots.
My only advice is don't get a room in close proximity to the elevator... you can hear the mechanics clinging and banging at all hours of the day when they're in use. Otherwise, the room was clean, bed was very comfy, and there was room to move. "

"WHEN I FIRST CHECKED IN THERE WERE SEVERAL ISSUES, BUT THE MANAGER BRIAN WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIX EVERYTHING. THE PERKS THEY GIVE YOU FOR WITH RESORT FEE ARE BETTER THAN ANY PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME"

"I have been staying at the Paramount for the past 15 years and have been there many times.
I love the lobby atmosphere and the rooms are very well designed to make great use of tight real estate in the middle of Manhattan. The location can’t be better - literally 2 minutes walk from the center of Times Square. Very good value for money also."
