The several small buildings that house the rooms are colourful and have nice landscaping. I had some concerns the local restaurant (Porkys?) would be a dive bar, but we actually shared a great dinner and breakfast by the water there, really liked it for our family’s food needs. And the kids fed fish and saw a manatee in the harbour out front. The only down side is...

"Only real complaint is that they started doing construction on the room next to us. It was loud. When I asked about it and they were gonna stop, they said they were stopping until we were gone, which I appreciated. Everyone was friendly. Housekeeping wasn’t so on top of it. We put the towels and garbage outside for them to switch and they didn’t come for two days"
