“Enjoyed our time here relaxing. The deck was great to sun on and still have the Ocean feel to it, as there were so many surfers that you really couldn’t get in the water. A few boards on the deck need to be replaced, and the grill legs are rusted and needs to be replaced. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and will consider it if we go back to Folly Beach.”

We liked staying in the more relaxed Folly Beach area and driving into Charleston. The kitchen had what we needed to fry fish, make smoothies, and handle the rest of our food needs.”

“A great house for our group of 4 couples (in our 50s). Comfortable, modern, right on the beach, nice porch, close (but not too close) to town. The only drawbacks were: 1) all bedrooms open to "great room", so those who wanted to go to bed early were easily disturbed by those who wanted to stay up; and 2) upstairs bathroom is shared (when it seems like there is plenty of room to have it made into two bedrooms).
