"My three adult daughters and I came to visit Disney World for three days. We loved the property! It was roomy so we could have our own space. The room was stocked with all the necessity needed for our stay. It was great having a washer and dryer. Pool was wonderful after a day of traveling. We were close to everything we wanted to do. "We were in Orlando for my granddaughter's cheer competition (nationals) (they finished 2nd btw!).The apartment was just as it is pictured. The location was perfect! Less than 10 minutes to Universal Studios and only 20 minutes to the Disney parks! There were a few minor things that we noticed that needed correcting, but nothing major. "Owner was very considerate and accommodating during the stay."

"The facility was convenient for driving to the theme parks. Traffic was a minor problem, particularly on the ride home. The host should let lessees know to bring their own coffee filters and coffee. There was a coffee maker but nothing to prepare a pot of coffee."

"Overall it was a great stay although owner didn't send us travel packet until I frantically requested it the day we were flying out. I let him know it would've been more practical to send it out a few days prior to the trip. We also had an incident with the hot water not working in one of the showers, but he had a service out to fix it relatively promptly. Proximity to convention center was great and walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants/shops was a bonus."

"Location was great & the price was even better. Only “negative” was being locked out of room because only deadbolt key was provided and not actual door knob, but owner was quick to resolve the issue. Would recommend and will deff stay again next time I’m in the area."

"This place is a perfect getaway for 1-2 people, clean, quiet, well decorated, small, but with plenty of storage and large closet. The kitchen is small yet well equipped. Ideal to spend a short vacation. I loved it so much, I stayed there twice. Definitely recommend it. "

"This property is beautiful!! The condo is nicely decorated, comfortable and very clean. The property and grounds are immaculate. There’s a beautiful walking path around the lake with birds. The pool and on site bar/food is open late which was really nice. Walgreens pizza, coffee shop, cup cake and ice cream store are all in walking distance. "The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind."
