The location is great! Walking distance to Fisher Family Pier. The pools were great and we were right across the street from the beach. We spent one day at the Royal Vista resort which was very nice too.

We loved the tropical garden atmosphere and the option of 4 pools. Wished they had a restaurant. The only thing we didn't like was being in the flight path of the nearby airport.

Nice property. Very friendly staff at checkin until they turn you over to a department that tries to hard sell you about timeshares. Relentlessly badgered us about attending a 90 minute presentation when all we wanted was our room key to enjoy a vacation. Nice and clean facilities but the nonstop sales approach definitely ruined our attitude. Also the tiles used around the pools are dangerous- one pools tiles get hot enough to burn your feet without shoes on, the other become dangerously slippery when they are wet- surprised they have not had serious injuries

Could not check in at 4 Had to wait til 7ish Very high pressure to listen to their sales pitch for time shares Had no idea Then keep bothering me because of misses appointment for sales Then to bet all the ceiling started leaking the day before we left. Never again lessuon learned
