We stayed for 2 nights. We asked 4 times for our room to be cleaned on the second day and no one came. We had to use our towels. Very disappointed!! 1 day later I checked my debit card and there are 6 charges from 0.19 cent that we never purchased anything.

This Property was a great location, awesome service. The only the I didn’t like was I had to wait 25 minutes after my check in because the room wasn’t ready. Top rooftop pool & bar was one of the reasons I chose this Marriott but both nights I stayed they had events going on. Which made it impossible for the other guess to enjoy the pool and seating in the pool area. My next time visiting the Ft. Lauderdale area I’ll try a resort it more private and much more relaxing.

Please beware they will sneak a mandatory $35 valet fee for everyday you stay at their location. They park your vehicle in a random parking lot that everyone has access to. This is one of my biggest concern so be mindful when booking multiple days you will end paying double the price due to parking

Very disappointing experience for a Marriot hotel. 1. The bedding wasn't replaced after the previous guest :-( we took pictures, the staff moved us to a different room; 2. nobody cleaned our room during this 4 night stay - I called front desk and ask them to send someone - no results. 3. pool area is very loud and dirty (just look under the sofas around the pool. Other guests mention the same on their reviews. Something is really wrong with this hotel management.

Staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The facilities were clean and convenient for where I needed to travel to. While the room rate was more than acceptable, the fees and taxes were exorbitant, and with only a valet option for parking, it was quite expensive.

The hotel itself is very nice and new, the staff is very friendly and serviceable. I am very well pleased. They are pet friendly and that part was also wonderful. However the pool area has something that could be fixed- please clean under the beds- the trash from the parties is swept under the beds. That's the only downside here. Otherwise it's close to everything, walkable to Las Olas Blvd and only 2 miles or so from the beach.

The hotel was okay for one night. The front desk staff both at check in and out were very unfriendly. They had flat affect, not engaging, we felt like we were interrupting them. We would probably not stay there again if given a choice.
