"The staff is WONDERFUL AND WILLING TO HELP THE TWO GIRLS AT THR FRINT DESK WERE GREAT. I HAD NO LIGHT BULBS AND NO SHAMPOO. THE LIGHT BULBS WERE REPLACED BUT THE SHAMPOO WAS JUST PLACED IN SINK AND NOT IN SHOWER HOLDER. "
