"At first glance I was a bit concerned because it's located right next to the interstate but with the A/C running, which we needed anyway we did not notice road noise. The room was clean and comfy. We thought the price was rather high but we've had terrible experiences with cheaper hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. It would be helpful for older people to have simple printed instructions about operating the TV, rather than scanning a QR code that some may not be able to do."

"The hotel itself was cool. We did book in the wrong Franklin. We was supposed to be in Franklin TN not Franklin KY. But the hotel in KY was good, the staff was nice and I was able to cancel the second night since we booked the wrong hotel."
