“Very clean and up to date. Drawbacks were no coffee maker in room and no free breakfast. Price is almost identical to local motels with both. The diner was convenient but adding a $30 breakfast at the diner made the stay more expensive than other local places. ”

I am picky about hotels and this one by far was one of the best I have stayed at. It was very clean throughout the entire hotel and rooms.
